CRM grow is an all-in-one platform for managing real estate teams with powerful tools and features designed to easily convert leads into clients.
How did we help?
We worked with CRM Grow to design a modern interface for their product, as well as assist with informing complex user experience flows such as people management, merging contacts, dashboards, settings and more.
Page system
We started by defining a common page layout system, accounting for a few levels of navigation as needed. Starting with a template like this ensures consistency across the platform and provides a thoughtful approach to any layout solution we may need, without designing ourselves into a corner as complexity increases.
Designing for complexity
We worked closely with CRM Grow to understand their use cases and define intuitive interface patterns for a number of user journeys and flows. We started with an atomic design system which allowed us to quickly create UX solutions across the platform.
Activity widgets
Within CRM Grow’s profile views are a number of activities which could be displayed. We worked to create an extendable system for displaying a wide range of activities in a way that feels familiar and consistent to the end user.
Marketing website
We delivered a marketing website design which showcases the power of the CRM Grow system in an illustrative manner, showcasing each feature without overwhelming detail.

Handing off a full design system along with articulation for all of the product’s interactions, we delivered a consistent, extendable product design base to CRM Grow.
