BirdSeed is an embeddable widget for any website. BirdSeed unleashes the power of a real-time, digital concierge through 12 powerful engagement tools aimed to boost conversions and facilitate the right next step for any viewer, at any time.
How did we help?
BirdSeed approached us to complete a full rebrand and update the look-and-feel of their product and user portal. We delivered a new brand strategy and a completely re-designed UI for both the Engagement Panel and Admin products.
Brand strategy
For the BirdSeed brand, we arrived with a visual identity which feels modern, and speaks to the nature of the endless combination of experiences attainable through use of the BirdSeed Engagement Panel. We choose a “green” direction to speak to intelligence. The extended color palette aims to invoke a joyful feeling through it’s bright color-way.
Welcome panel
The BirdSeed Welcome Panel is the very first thing users see when engaging with BirdSeed. We designed to panel to instantly meet viewers where they are, with a greeting and a range of company-specific engagement options such as scheduling a demo, looking through testimonials or live chat.
Engagement tools
Along with the Welcome Panel, we designed the interactions and interface for all 12 of BirdSeed's powerful engagement tools, including live chat, email capture, schedule a meeting, call, link launcher, article library, feedback, registration capture, testimonials, timeline, video library and call request. We designed the tools to be simple-to-use as well as brandable via any color the end-user would like, so that the BirdSeed panel plays well with any website brand and color-way.

Standing out in a sea of widgets
We spent time thinking through a custom button shape to give BirdSeed an immediately recognizable presence on any website. We landed on a custom-emphasized square with just enough personality to make the button feel unique, without going overboard.
UX flows
We provided BirdSeed with interaction flows for each of the 12 tools, including details for every step a user may encounter while doing things like ending a chat, submitting an email or returning to the main panel.
User portal
We created a modern-looking Admin experience for BirdSeed customers to configure and manage their tools. The admin also provides use metrics and is the central hub for engaging with potential customers through any of the 12 tools.

Website
We designed the BirdSeed website to feel illustrative and whimsical with an emphasis on the story of the company and how each tool can directly translate to impactful outcomes depending on the purpose of your website.
Mobile app
We designed a simple mobile app to be used on-the-go to quickly answer chats and view engagement metrics.

We provided BirdSeed with everything needed to deliver a complete overhaul of their product and brand experience, with plenty of room to grow and evolve in the future.
